Outfitting a league one team at a time is like doing a line change one skater at a time. Technically possible. Everybody ends up tired, confused, and wearing three slightly different shades of blue.
Short answer: Put the whole league on one order. At 50+ jerseys, football, hockey, and baseball jerseys drop from $59.99 to $29.99 each (soccer goes from $47.99 to $23.99). Every team's colours come off the same proof, sponsor logos cost nothing extra, and everyone gets their gear on one timeline. Budget 1–3 business days for proofs and 10–25 business days for production.
That's the whole argument. Here's the reasoning, for the league director who actually reads the fine print (so, you).
Bulk is cheaper. Here's the actual math.
Every sublimated design needs the same prep work before anything hits the press. Artwork gets set up, the proof gets approved, the printer gets dialed in. That work takes the same time whether we print one jersey or two hundred. Spread it over more jerseys and each one costs less.
Honest numbers, per jersey:
| Quantity | Football, Hockey, Baseball | Soccer |
|---|---|---|
| 1–4 | $59.99 | $47.99 |
| 5–9 | $49.99 | $39.99 |
| 10–49 | $39.99 | $31.99 |
| 50+ | $29.99 | $23.99 |
Say you run a 12-team youth soccer league with 15 kids per team. That's 180 jerseys.
- Each team orders on its own: 180 × $31.99 = $5,758.20
- The league orders together: 180 × $23.99 = $4,318.20
That's $1,440 back in the league budget. I did that math twice, because my calculator skills are about as reliable as my backhand.
Put it toward field rentals. Put it toward lowering registration fees. Or, let's be honest, put it toward the snack table, which is the real reason half the U8s show up.
One order means one red. Not four reds.

Nine times out of ten, when a league looks mismatched, it's because the jerseys were ordered in pieces. Different months, different suppliers, different fabric batches, different ink settings. Suddenly the Tigers' orange looks like a traffic cone and the other Tigers' orange looks like a sunset.
When the whole league orders at once, every team comes off the same approved proof and the same production run. Send us a hex code, a Pantone reference, or even a photo of last year's jersey, and we match it on the free proof. Revisions are unlimited until you sign off.
(Yes, the U6 team named the Purple Unicorns gets the exact same purple as everyone else. We don't judge team names. We print them.)
Sponsor logos are free. Go sell some.
Screen printing and vinyl heat-press charge you per colour and per location. Add a sleeve sponsor? That's extra. Add a gradient? Extra. Names on the back? Believe it or not, extra.
Sublimation doesn't work that way. The whole design prints onto the fabric in one shot, so the price covers all of it:
- Unlimited colours and gradients
- Sponsor logos on the chest, sleeves, or back
- Player names and numbers
- Captain and assistant patches
- Your own uploaded artwork
The dye fuses into the polyester fibres instead of sitting on top. Nothing to crack, nothing to peel, nothing for a tumble dryer to destroy.
Here's the move most leagues miss: sell those sleeve spots. The local pizza place, the auto shop, the dentist whose kid plays on the U10s. Every sponsor dollar is a dollar you don't need to put on registration fees. Dye-sublimation won't teach your striker to stop celebrating before the ball crosses the line. It will make the sponsor logo look great during the celebration.
One timeline, one very relieved league director
Coordinating gear for a whole league is a part-time job nobody signed up for. Usually it lands on one volunteer with a clipboard and a growing sense of dread.
One order cuts that job way down. One proof round. One production clock. One delivery to track instead of twelve staggered ones.
Two things make it go smoother:
- One roster spreadsheet. Every player's size, name, and number in one place before you order. Not twelve group chats.
- Collect the money first. Every league has a parent who swears they'll pay "next week." Get it before you hit order, not after the box shows up.
Order before the spring rush, not during it
Every jersey we make is cut and sewn to order, so there's no warehouse of spares sitting around. Rule of thumb: work backward from opening day.
- 1–3 business days for design, rosters, and proofs
- 10–25 business days for production (roughly 2–4 weeks)
- Plus shipping and a little buffer for the coach who submits his roster late
Six weeks out is a safe place to start. Gordon Bombay never had to explain to a parent why their kid is playing the season opener in a pinnie. Don't be the first.
And order a few extras. Three to five jerseys in the middle sizes covers late registrants and the kid who outgrows his by June. It's cheaper to add them to the bulk order now than to place a separate small order mid-season at the 1–4 price.
When to stop overthinking it
- More than 10 jerseys? Order together. You've already passed the first price break.
- Teams sharing colours? Same order, every time. That's how you avoid the traffic-cone problem.
- Picking colours? Ask the goalies and keepers first. They're the ones who have to match their gear to it.
- Stuck between two youth sizes? Size up. Kids grow. My twins grew a full size over a long weekend, and I'm still not sure how.
Honest pricing, all-in
Prices are per jersey, with no order minimum and no setup fees:
- Football, hockey, baseball: $59.99 (1–4), $49.99 (5–9), $39.99 (10–49), $29.99 (50+)
- Soccer: $47.99 (1–4), $39.99 (5–9), $31.99 (10–49), $23.99 (50+)
- Included in every jersey: unlimited colours, sponsor logos, names, numbers, captain patches, artwork upload, unlimited proof revisions
No $150 "logo setup" fee. No $10 surcharge for a captain's C. The price you see is the price you pay.
Get the rosters into one spreadsheet, collect the cash, and send us your logo. We'll make sure every team in the league wins the warmup. The scoreboard is still up to you.
